In a digital age where attention is currency, it’s not enough to simply “post”—agencies must think big, dream big, and create big to truly connect with their communities.</span> This presentation will encourage participants to trust their vision, embrace innovative strategies, and step outside the box when telling their department’s story. We’ll explore how “doing it big” on social media can: 1.            Amplify community engagement through authentic storytelling. 2.            Humanize law enforcement and build trust across diverse audiences. 3.            Transform everyday events into impactful, shareable moments. 4.            Push past doubt or hesitation and confidently share a vision, even when others may not immediately understand it. Attendees will leave inspired and equipped with practical tools to elevate their agency’s social media presence—proving that when it comes to connecting with the community, small efforts won’t cut it. If you’re going to do it, do it big.
