Serena Riddle is the Marketing Specialist for the Arizona Department of Public Safety, where she focuses on developing and managing marketing strategies. In her role, she leads digital campaigns, creates compelling content, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance the department’s visibility across social media and other communication channels. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Northern Arizona University and a Master's degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University. With a strong background in storytelling, branding, and audience engagement, she brings creativity and purpose to every aspect of marketing. She is passionate about helping others see the value and impact of serving their citizens, and she believes clear, strategic messaging can build lasting connections between agencies and the communities they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her family.
