Reagan Fink serves as the Strategic Communications Manager for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, where she leads the charge in delivering meaningful, creative, and engaging content to the community. Since stepping into the role, she has helped JSO’s social media channels more than double their reach, transforming the way the agency connects with the public.
Before joining JSO, Reagan was the Streaming Executive Producer at a Jacksonville TV station, where she launched new digital initiatives and helped bring local news into the modern media age.
A proud triple Gator (soon!), Reagan holds a bachelor’s in Telecommunications (2021), a master’s in mass communications (2023), and is currently finishing her second master’s in management, set to graduate in 2025.

We break down how our team produces high-energy, high-impact videos showcasing everything from child predator operations and murder arrests to traffic stops. We also share our successes—and lessons learned—in telling our own story and functioning as a news agency within the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. This includes collaborations with major content creators from across the country and around the world.
