After serving 20 years as a public information officer in the fire service, she has a deep understanding of the nuances in government communications. Dedicated to helping agencies excel, she focuses on strategies that enhance public trust, engagement and transparency. Her mission is to equip communicators with tools and insights that elevate their messaging and foster relationships, supporting their efforts to serve their communities at the highest level. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington and a Master's Degree from Southern New Hampshire University, both in communication.
